Handmade Books

I became interested in handmade books through my membership in the Connecticut Valley Calligraphers. I took weekend workshops on bookmaking, pastepaper and pen manipulation. Many of my books are nontraditional in design. I have incorporated many craft techniques: altered objects, rubberstamping, paint resist and image transfers.
